Thanks so much to the installation team for our new heat pump and hot water heat pump this week. It was a difficult project, requiring a lot of problem solving to get things hooked up under a tight crawl space area, but they persevered and made it happen. The team was always courteous and patiently answered all of my questions. They communicated their plan effectively and checked in several times to make sure we were all on the same page. It was a multi-day project and it was obvious they took extra care to leave their work area tidy before leaving each evening. They gave thorough explanations of the systems once the job was complete. We're very grateful for their hard work and are excited to have our new systems up and running.
