We have a maintenance contract with Modern Comfort covering our dual zone HVAC system. Today’s service was an annual inspection and tuneup of that system. Byron arrived on time, gave each unit a thorough going over and repaired a minor problem. Afterword he explained in detail what he had done and provided the specific inspection results. I’m very pleased with Byron and Modern Comfort. They have both exceeded my expectations!

Steve has been exceptional! He is attentive to detail, open and honest in his communication and does it all with an upbeat cheerful demeanor. I cannot rate the cost/pricing yet. Steve is dealing with a problem not of his making, but it looks like Moden Comfort is going to take care of it, in which case I will give this a five star rating.
