Steve is a smart, skilled technician. He is detail-oriented and gets the job done right the first time. He is always willing to answer questions and takes the time to explain things about the job. It was a pleasure to have him do the work.

I've been working at Players Fun Zone for almost 10 years and Modern Comfort is the best "service" provider around. They are quick on repairs and keep up on maintenance.

The HVAC technicians were excellent. 5 stars for them. Friendly and informative. All my questions were answered. Would be glad to have him back if I needed service again!

Our 19 yr old furnace died and we had Modern Comfort give us an estimate to replace it as well as our 50+ yr old oil tank. We had used them previously for a few repairs and were Very impressed with their service, responsiveness, availability and their price. We decided not to get multiple estimates because of this. The team arrived at 8:26am and got right to work. I never saw one of the technicians loafing off. They took out our old units, put the new ones in place and at the end of their day (after 3pm) they neatened up the area, explained where they were in the installation process and they would return this morning to complete. Again they arrived on time and got right to work, keeping us informed of everything along the way. Before they left they asked my husband to please check over everything, explained what to do, went over our warranty, asked if we understood or had questions and assured us they would stand behind their work & product. We Highly recommend Modern Comfort & Tevis Oil.

Fred contacted us when he was on his way over. He was very thorough with maintenance and was able to determine the problem we had been having.

The leak was repaired quickly, preventing additional damage. Thank you for fitting us into the schedule!

Appreciate Gerald’s work today. He kept me informed and worked fast to restore our heat. I do have a question about your company’s process. I called at 3am to request service later this morning — not wanting someone to find out in middle of the night. The person on phone said they’d sent info on, marked urgent, for the office to look at when day began at 7am. I called at 7:45am and only then did the ticket get looked at. No big deal but that felt like a poor response, customer service. Otherwise, all’s well again on Our homefront. Thx, Gerald

Dalton did a excellent job servicing our 2 zone Lennox HVAC system. His care and attention to detail with our oil heating and our tankless oil hot water heater along with replacing all filters was done in a neat and timely manner.

Fred and Ryan came to replace our fuel tank. Both were friendly and professional. Fred took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we were satisfied with the end result before he left. I would definitely recommend them and will call again for future maintenance.

Worked carefully and very neatly to install a replacement HVAC unit in an extremely tight existing space. They actually Created a new way for me to access the filter for much easier replacement. Just all around excellent price, workmanship and service!

Matt is the best in the business

Terrance was a very nice guy. He took his time to make sure that my heater was in top notch shape be fore he left my home. He cleaned up, also. And he showed me how to use my thermostat. He was great!

I consulted your sales team and they provided a good proposal. We replaced our oil burner with a Lennox system and upgraded our oil tank that was 38 years old. The tech staff lead by Steven completed our installation over two days and worked hard to keep us posted on the progress.

I have had Tevis / Modern Comfort perform Preventative Maintenance for many, many years. I would rate Dalton at the TOP of the list for his professionalism. As well he reviewed with me the entire annual PM process which no others have done in previous years. He showed me the parts he replaced. Fantastic service. Hope he would be available to service my equipment every year.

Furnace stopped working, no heat or hot water. Placed an emergency call and the service tech on call, Byron E. saved the cold night. Bryon did an assessment of what could be causing the issue after the furnace was working during the day, fixed what he found and his diligence had us with heat and hot water within a hour later. Thank you again so much Bryon for all you did - hope you have a wonderful birthday today too!!!
