Tackled a complicated job and made it work. Very courteous and informative. Never exactly convenient to not have heat for 3 days while making the oil-to-heat-pump change, but better in the fall than in the winter.

Matt our tech was very respectful and knowledgeable. He took his time after the service was done to explain everything in detail. Would highly recommend for hvac service.

The tech was great and thorough. I had 'reset' the system by flipping the breaker just prior to his arrival which got it working. But instead of taking the easy route and going on to his next call, he investigated and found a hidden problem with a component that needs to be addressed to prevent a repeat failure.

Mr. Emerick rendered very good service. I was with him during the entire maintenance visit. He willingly answered the several questions I asked in order to understand my furnace better. I would recommend him to any of my friends. I forgave him for being a Steelers fan, for now! Larry Leitch
