Service and Repair

We charge for all service and repair on a flat rate basis. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.

Service

Preventative maintenance is important to keep your system operating at peak performance, and helps catch small problems before they become big problems! The cost for service is based on the type of equipment. Please call for exact price.

Repair

We charge flat rates for diagnosis and repair. This puts the responsibility on us to perform your repair effectively and efficiently. We guarantee all repairs for 12 months!

  • Diagnostic Fee – this covers the cost for an experienced technician to come to your home and diagnose your system.
  • Parts & Labor – Upon diagnosis of the problem, you will receive a written price for your system repair. Upon your approval of the repair cost, our technician will move forward to complete your repair. In most cases, repairs are completed in the same visit as the diagnosis.

Equipment Installation

When it’s time to replace or upgrade your system, our professional estimator will present a variety of options and give you a written proposal, including any rebates and promotions that may be available to you. Upon your approval, your installation will be scheduled. Payment is due upon completion of your installation. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.
