Matt was very knowledgeable, took the time to listen to current and past concerns with the HVAC unit, and was able to diagnose a persistent problem. He explained everything he was looking at and the potential issues. Coordinated with his supervisor and let us know why he had to come back in a few days. He scheduled the re-visit for us and arrived promptly for the return appointment. Problem fixed!

Visit was followup to verify function of new A/C unit installed with new heating system last Fall when it was too cold to run the A/C. No issues found, pleasant and informative visit, I now know what/how to check before calling for future service.

Scheduling this generator service/low battery issue, was not the easiest or more straightforward exercise. Initial appointment was made, 1 1/2 weeks later when no follow up call was made, I called the office, to find out the battery and or service kit had not been ordered, and in fact no appointment was made. Second appointment was scheduled, on the day of the appointment, after calling to find out where the technician was, come to find out, that in fact they did not have the service kit. When that came in, I was contacted to schedule an appointment and assured that when the technician came he would be fully prepared with a new battery if needed. Well..........he came and did not have a battery, was going to have to pick one up! After enquiring the price of the battery, we found out MCS mark up is $100 over the price at Battery Warehouse. This really is not acceptable. I fully understand they need to make money, but that is ridiculous! We bought our own battery and had the tech install it after the service. Overall not a great customer service experience by MCS. The technician Anthony, is very pleasant though. The review ratings does not reflect on him, but the MCS service process which failed to be efficient this time.

I just bought this house and have no idea how anything works. Fred took the time to explain everything to me, how to properly maintain my appliances, and even set up my Google Nest so that it runs better. 10/10 service, I hope the next time I call for service, Fred gets sent again because he definitely knows what he’s doing.

Was lied to about needing a brand new furnace. I was shown a picture of damaged equipment that wasn’t even mine. The maintenance that was the purpose of the visit wasn’t even completed. Was almost scammed out of $15,000. Unbelievably dishonest and so disappointing that people are going into homes and running this scam.
